”Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was really thin, when you sat on it you were basically sat on the bed base and when you laid on the bed you could feel the springs in your back and side. The walls were wafer thin, you can hear the tap running and toilet etc from the room next door. Also the water in the bathroom made a right racket when you ran the tap, shower or flushed the toilet. ”We had a great stay in the Bridge. In particular the staff and the restaurant was excellent. Loads of parking in a very pretty place. Typical Lakes rooms that great in a proper old coaching inn. We would stay again.”

”I've stayed here previously. It's a shame this place isn't a functioning pub anymore. Shame to see it go down hill. That said, the room was cheap and basic which reflects the property.”

”The room was clean and the breakfast was good The only issue was the stairs to the room as our room was on the 3 floors there were a lot of stairs to climb and we both OAP which was very tiring. On the hold it was a good experience but we would not stay again due to the stairs.”
