They even had dog dishes in the room, and dog treats at the front desk! The only reason a "good" rating in some areas is that the pool was not working/available, and our request to clean our room after our first night's stay was not noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise, perfect stay!”

To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed.
