”My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”

”Located on the campus of Washington University right next to Forest Park. It is centrally located. We were lucky enough to sail on the fifth floor. I do have laundry facilities upstairs as well as a coffee, tea refrigerator microwave area not sure if that’s on every floor, but it was on the fifth rooms were very nice bathroom very clean spacious staff was wonderful to deal with. They have a breakfast they offered. It’s $11 per person and it was quite tasty. Did not partake in dinner, but it...

”Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.”

”great location and unique decor; overall good vibe. the shag rug in our suite was not super clean (found a rubberband with someone else's hair in it) and the wallpaper in the bathroom had some odd stains on it next to the sink. was left with the impression things are just a little run down, but the overall experience was still good.”
