Room was adequate, sadly it left a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness.
The bottom of the inside of the wardrobe was thick with dust, as was the dressing table unit.
One of the cups supplied for coffee hadn’t been washed properly.
Although there was tea and coffee supplied there was no milk.
The tv could only be switched on/off at the plug located on the wall behind the tv which was thick with dust too. Even the top of the peddle bin in the bathroom needed a good wipe.
Bed linen was clean but mattress was lumpy and needed replacing. Most of the surfaces were clean on the top it just needed a good deep clean, shower screen needed a good clean too.
The rest of the hotel was fine, clean stairs corridors etc.
It was our room that let it down.
The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble from check in to check out, and the food and service were fine.
Car parking was good
