”Such a cute place! Perfect location!”

”Great stay! Great apartment, nicely decorated, accurate description, easy check-in and check-out. Could definitely hear the music from the restaurant below during the day and into the early night, but it shuts down around 10 or 10:30. Some white noise easily drowned out the bar across the street after that. Parking lot is very tight so bring a smaller vehicle if you can, but the dedicated spot was great right down town.”

”Very clean and short walk to the beach. Host was a great communicator. Here’s some suggested improvements: No grill! No garbage disposal and no dishwasher. Shower trickles.”

”We have been visiting Wrightsville Beach since 2014, and this was our fourth year staying at this property, either on Side A or Side B. We love the close proximity to the beach and the extra storage space beneath the house, which is especially convenient for beach gear. We also appreciate the recent upgrades that have been made to the property. However, we were disappointed that the new turf installation took place during our stay. For two full days, there was constant loud construction...

”The Rose Garden is the perfect Zen getaway! Peaceful view of nature from the patio for your early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Living room is comfortable, and kitchen is compact and well-stocked. Bedroom/bathroom are comfortable and clean. The host was very accessible and checked in to see if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again!”

”My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.”

”Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.”

”This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

”This place is nothing more than a motel 6, the room had a fridge and a 2 burner flat top. The burners did not work. The bathroom had pubic hair all in it and the shower barely drained. The bathroom is unfinished with dirty cracks in the walls. The room smelled like smoke to the point we had to buy candles to offset the smell.Would not ever stay here again it should be a 40 a night place.”

”The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!”

”This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. ”
