”This property is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach or to multiple restaurants and shops. Comfortable and clean inside and a 3rd story porch with great views of Lumina ave. It was well stocked with all the necessities. The property owner was easy to communicate with and made check in/out seamless. Highly recommend. ”

”The flat was incredibly cozy and well furnished especially the kitchen- we were blown away by the amenities. Music from jimmy’s across the street does get a bit louder closer to the weekend so might be too much if you’re really sensitive to noise. But great location- amazingly clean and well designed for a relaxing stay! Thanks!”

”Within a few minutes of getting here, it was somewhat obvious that we were the first renters for the year. Construction had just finished from the nails that the crew decided to leave in the parking lot area (the guy from Bryant did get a magnet and run it around to clean up after the crew. I don't feel like this is a reflection of Bryant as they shouldn't have to babysit construction crews. ”This is great location and the setup of 3 bedroom, 2 baths, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private porch with table and chairs, parking for 3 vehicles, outside shower and did I saw location??? Rental agent was GREAT to communicate and really appreciate their responsiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My recommendation is add full length mirror, add a 3rd or 4th TV, extra towels and privacy lattice on the back porch. ”

Be prepared to buy/bring the following: Soap for shower, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, coffee for DRIP COFFEE MAKER. Good place overall, because of location. 2.”

”We had to cut short our trip (left Tuesday morning) due to Storm Debby. We had not had the chance to check out much of the beach and that was our first time there. So bummed. The hosts were awesome with communication with us - alerting us about the storm and it's changes. Plus refunded us part of our money which was very nice. My only other complaint is the bathroom was very tiny.”
