”This was an amazing location! We stayed here for a pharmacy conference that was at the Holiday Inn and had a wonderful experience! We were within walking distance to pretty much everything in WB. Only a short paved walk to the beach. The condo was beautiful and just what we needed for a couples getaway. I plan on booking again when we return next year!”

Not sure what the relationship was to the property but they claimed to have permission and were there both days.
