”Bedroom could do with a make over, but all good ”

”I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location.”

”The staff were excellent. Dave was very informative and helpful. The location is great, close to shops, great walks, historic museums and all transport links. Small and intimate boutique hotel.”

”The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The staff was really nice. It is an older hotel with nice wood paneling in the common rooms. The main problem we had was the plumbing in the room was challenging. ”

”Everything in the room was spotless as in the bathroom. However the bathroom would be even better with some hooks on the wall as there was nowhere to hang one’s toilet bag or dressing gown.”

”Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious (in previous occasions I've been assigned smaller bathrooms in which it was difficult to get in/out of the bath). Very quiet room even though it's next to the main road. I'd like it more if they provided the usual hotel amenities in the room (e.g. a bath cap). Breakfast is quite nice, a continental and full English buffet. Overall, I like the place.”

”Nice warm welcome from the owners. Small room when we'd booked a big room Two singles pushed together and very poor nights sleep in poorly fitted bed owing to the fact its 2 singles pushed together No fridge in room no water in room no glasses in room to at least drink from the taps no waters or mini bar downstairs just a bottle of flat coke 0 and a blue buzzball good tv and decor .. tv has all online amenities big shower with slight poor controls .. standard at almost every hotel in...

”The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful! It's really hard to find a dog friendly hotel that are so relaxed about actually bringing dogs! Especially as our puppy is a big boy and sometimes, due to his bread, people are cautious of him. But the hotel were great and didn't make us feel nervous or "in the way" at all. It was a lovely stay.”
