”Computer problem at checking out. Great stay!”

”The rooms smelled really bad…the first room they gave me smelled like mold and I noticed it looked there had been water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms and the clerk was very nice. The second room was slightly better but still did not smell good at all. The windows did not open so you can’t air out the rooms either. I have bad allergies so this is not great for me. ”

”Extremely clean compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in.”

”Perfect location. Staff cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels each day when we were out. I haven’t had that happen since before COVID. ”

”Breakfast was super good and was good when we were in a hurry to get out the door! Our room was clean and plenty of room for my toddler to run and play! We left the early to check out and the hotel called and asked if we left a bag because they found a child’s bag in the parking lot and were calling guest traveling with children so they didn’t forget it. It wasn’t ours but I thought it was awesome they were doing their best to track down the owner! Great hotel no complaints! We will definitely...

”Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road.”

”Clean, comfortable room, easy parking and helpful staff. Close to the interstate though and some traffic noise during the night.”

”The staff was AMAZING! Called ahead because we weren’t checking in until midnight. When we rolled in exhausted, they had us all ready to go. On top of being extremely kind, they were quick and efficient. The property was very nice! ”

”Nice place for the price”

”I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. ”
