”My first Vrbo experience. I had not heard from the host since booking and it was the day of check in. I was ok with that as my plans were in flux. Around 2pm the day of check in, I messaged the host saying that I may cancel as I had not heard from them, and my evening plans may be canceled, allowing me to return home. Around 3pm, the time of check in, I received the check in information saying that the unit was not available until 4pm with no acknowledgement of my prior message. Upon leaving...
