”Nice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but it’s good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing). One thing I didn’t like: had a room with an adjoining door to another room and could hear everything from my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. ”

”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. ”we stayed only 1 night. We got room on the ground floor, near reception. There was lots of noice at the night and could not sleep at all. You can hear the other hotel guests coming and going and dogs barking outside. If you are a good sleeper, this is maybe not a problem for you. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is nice. ”
