We weren't aware of the facilities fee until the day of the check-in. We ended up paying 210 dollars of facilities fee for a stay of 6 days. If we'd known we would have booked for 7 days, which will waive the facilities fee. When booking, they really obscure the facilities fee.

Only 2 -- - we have 2 kids and had family room, familyrooms are located just under rooftop bar / pool. 3 times a week there is a party. All familyrooms ..."

"Five star hotel price but 2-3 star service from the waiters. They also sometimes played music so loud in the pool / sunbed area during daytime that it was really annoying to be there. Request for the staff to make it a bit lower was ignored. Otherwise food was excellent and rooms were clean."
