”Our stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa was wonderful!
The hotel staff were very proactive and attentive in offering help, which made our trip much smoother. The facilities are almost brand new, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with excellent soundproofing for a peaceful rest. The bed was perfectly comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep.

”The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice. Air conditioning was good and the wifi excellent. I was very happy and relaxed in the room and found good dining options nearby. There is also a 7-11 nearby for quick snack options. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

The wiew from the window was not nice and whwn we liked to keep window open at night, the room was very noisy.

Elevator made a loud sound and felt like it fell down a bit. Rooms are very small and there is no safety boxes but reception has a box. ”Check in was a breeze even though the deadline is 12am but I made it on time and even called to let the front desk my flight was delayed. Room was on the 10th floor, where the entire hotel itself is in, so this was new for me. Bed was soft but comfy, bathroom was clean and no mold. Room came with a fan and AC above and it was hot during the summer. WiFi was working well and no problems. Also wanted the free filtered water on the common area and saw there was self laundry service that I did not...

"Average price, low budget hotel close to railway station and Ximen area. Very hostel kind of place and limited breakfast option. No coffee!
We took rooms with windows, but saw only brick wall. Front desk staff was really friendly. "
"Communication with the hotel before the visit was difficult. I didnt get any real answers to my questions and requests which led to some dissapointments when we arrived e.g. missing window views and terribly priced early check-in. I needed to ask them to change our room, which they did next day, points from that. Most of the staff were just great while one receptionist was in a wrong job, very friendly staff at the lobby and in the restaurant. Great location. The best before date of our first room was long gone while the second was quite ok."
