”Everything was simply wonderful. The reception was courteous, the entire building had a sense of cleanliness, the room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, the internet was sufficiently fast, and the water dispenser was very convenient. I truly enjoyed this trip with my son. If I had to mention anything, it would have been nice to have a fork, knife, or chopsticks available, but that’s really just a luxury. ”The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice. Air conditioning was good and the wifi excellent. I was very happy and relaxed in the room and found good dining options nearby. There is also a 7-11 nearby for quick snack options. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

Elevator made a loud sound and felt like it fell down a bit. Rooms are very small and there is no safety boxes but reception has a box. Problem with their safety deposite box is that they don't verify that you actually own that stuff. Only room number is not enough to verify that you are the owner!”

”Room was ok, clean and hotel was quiet. When I booked a room, there promised that a minibar include and also there promised to include personal hygiene products - there were not those things.
The wiew from the window was not nice and whwn we liked to keep window open at night, the room was very noisy.
Also prise of the room would have been cheaper if we had order it on the hotel, not by internet.
In hotel was not any change to order any food.

”The location is great, a short walk from Ximen metro and the Red House. Despite the busy surroundings, the hotel is peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious, tidy and very clean, so was the bathroom. The staff very extremely attentive, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The price is very reasonable. There is a set-menu breakfast (both Chinese and Western options, changing daily) which is very convinient.”

”Excellent location only 2 mins walked from Ximen station. In the heart of Ximending night market. Hotel is on 12th floor it’s quiet and clean and shower pressure very high also complementary snack, ramen, coffee, tea, water, soap , shampoo etc…Super friendly staff. Highly recommended! ”

”We loved everything about this property. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are very welcoming and shops and restaurants are just steps away from this hotel. It’s walking distance from the train station as well, so it’s very convenient. We would plan to stay here again in the future. ”

”Friendly staff. First time I am in a hotel where the reception is in the basement. And the basement guest area is awesome with free snacks (ramen, egg buns, chips, etc.), games, and armchairs.
Our room was small but sufficient for a couple nights. The bathroom had a large shower.
Highly recommend the place!”

”Although it locates in an alley, but it is safe and quiet. Just few steps walk to reach Xi Men Ding shopping street. Surrounding also many food choices. Have free ice cream from hotel for each person. Very lucky the hotel just add a coffee machine while we check in.”

”Hotel was located about 5 minutes walking distance from Ximen metro station so it was easy to go everywhere.
Hotel was clean, staff friendly and we really loved our room. The bathroom was amazing.
The only minus with the room was the renovation they started in their breakfast room and the noise was kinda annoying at the daytime. Luckily we didn't spend so much time on the room during then.
Breakfast was ok but it could include more western style foods. Now there were lots of noodles and that...

”We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful, room was clean. We enjoyed the gym pass and laundry service. The room was minimal but has all the best amenities. I will stay here again! Best part is that they have Nepresso coffee, Dyson hair dryer, great toiletry, and fresh water and snacks everyday. ”

"Communication with the hotel before the visit was difficult. I didnt get any real answers to my questions and requests which led to some dissapointments when we arrived e.g. missing window views and terribly priced early check-in. I needed to ask them to change our room, which they did next day, points from that. Most of the staff were just great while one receptionist was in a wrong job, very friendly staff at the lobby and in the restaurant. Great location. The best before date of our first room was long gone while the second was quite ok."
