”Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was...

”I was surprised that there was no complimentary Continental breakfast ”

”Breakfast was great and early being we had to be up early. Neighbors were very noisy on both sides of us and even halls. ”

”The place is run down dirty and old.”

”We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.”

”The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. ”

”The hotel was extremely deplorable. It reeked of urine and the rooms were very rundown. There was lipstick smeared on the door frame in our restroom. Stains all over the sealing. Door was chipping and a number knicks all over the walls. Carpet had so many stains. Used towel was left in the restroom. I trusted the name and this hotel doesn’t match what I have come to expect from the chain. Never again. ”

”Our room was excellent except the thermostat had it's own mind! Breakfast was great! A good variety of choices and everything we had was tasty! The staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly! ”

”The room was extremely clean. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The breakfast and especially Coffey bar was a treat.”
