”The hot tub was cold and the water was gray n smelled funny the ceiling was falling in in the whole pool area which was very disappointing to us. The room was nice the free coffee was taken up early both in evening an morning again disappointed. Check out was @ NOON an 10am housekeeping was banging on door!! The staff was nice an helpful. Not what we expected from a Marriott hotel.”

”Room was really clean. The pool needs to be maintained. It was ok but there was a large amount of leaves and bug. Have a skinner out so people can do a quick once over if it bothers them.

”Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker.”

”Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was green when we arrived which was upsetting because I called the hotel before booking to ensure the pool was open etc. They were cleaning it though and by the next day it was blue and was open for use.
AC didn’t blow as cold as I would have liked but they did offer to switch our room or give us two fans and I just took the two fans.
Overall it was a good experience, breakfast had a lot on the menu and the girl at the desk went above and beyond.”
