”The hotel overall is indeed at par with standard hotels in the developed countries. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and there was steady power supply. I think there is room for improvement in their wifi connectivity. I will surely stay here again sometime in the future.”

”Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel. But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out. Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable. Service not very professional. Food not fantastic. ”

”The service at this hotel is terrible. First they overbooked and despite the fact that I had a fully paid confirmed booking they pretended that I had no booking. After arguing with the front desk a manager called Friday saved the day by taking me to another hotel and making sure I had a room the next day. Their breakfast is not worthy of a 2* hotel. I chose this hotel due to the Corinthia name. I later found out that this hotel has nothing to do with the Corinthia brand. This is my worst hotel...

”Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced. I woke up the first morning to loud noises outside my window. When I looked out, I noticed a mechanic's workshop right under my window. They moved me to a quieter room, but the Internet did not...
