âVery helpful staff who provided excellent service and the room was comfortable. However the hotel patrons were rowdy and public areas like the toilets in the common area were dirty. The people in the room next to us were loudly talking into the early hours of the night which was so frustrating, so we didn't sleep well. But not the fault of the hotel. â
