"So the natural hotsprings were filled with rocks blocking the hot water being flowed in from the hotels doing. So that was unpleasant. The rooms are an older style and it looked like they were cleaned in a rush. The valet gave me a dirty look. Overal it was a 4/10 experience."

"Love this hotel as it’s very quiet. Room was comfortable but unfortunately our air conditioner wasn’t working well but we were able to get along without it as it was cool outside. Front desk was slow as only one of the girls was helping guest the other was on the phone."
