Guest Access:
We can handle flexible check in/out times, but always subject to availability.

We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. The watchman on duty will receive you at the entrance of the property to give you the lock of the car and control of the gate. At that time you must leave a deposit of $1,000 for the gate control, and another deposit of $1,000 as a guarantee for damages, same as your exit will be returned to you.

To enter the house, you will find a box with the access keys at the entrance. For security, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We ask that you do not share this code with anyone.

We have 1 private parking spaces reserved for you inside the property.

The property is totally secure and private (controlled access). It has 24hrs security.

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located. Nearby you will find a variety of convenience stores. Plaza Atrios is a 15 minute drive away, where you will find stores, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, banks, movie theaters and more activities to do.

We are located 7 minutes from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor water park and 5 minutes from downtown Oaxtepec, where you will find taquerias, stores, bars, the church, the town square, among other places of interest.

The closest supermarkets are Walmart and Sams 15 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 5 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We suggest you arrive at the property by car. If you don't have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From Mexico City it will take you 1 hr, 46 minutes. From the Oaxtepec bus terminal, it will take you 8 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!

From the third night on, we offer you a free cleaning service :)

Good news! The property has a barbecue for common use, we recommend you bring a bag of charcoal and the respective utensils.

The studio is located on the third floor.

Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.

It is forbidden to hold noisy parties or gatherings, make annoying noises, use televisions and/or sound equipment at high volume, provoke altercations, or carry out any act that affects or disturbs the stay of other guests, even when inside the rented unit. Remember that the condominium is a place for rest and relaxation with a 100% family-friendly environment. Anyone who violates this rule will be subject to a fine of $1,000.00 (one thousand pesos)

-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
