âGood service (we checked in at 7 p.m. and we didn't get lunch then so we get extra lunch on check out day). Easy and nice place to relax. Lot of positive things and here are negative things: little bit rundown in places, cockroaches in bathroom, lot of seashells on beach, wifi only at lobby.â

âI really loved staying at Gran Hotel de Merida. It was such a unique experience staying in such a beautiful historic hotel in the best location in the city. I stayed for four nights and the staff was amazing and I really appreciated all the attention to details you can see around the hotel.
