”We stayed for 3 days with six people and they never cleaned our room, took our trash or gave us towels. When we did ask for towels they only had 2. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Breakfast was decent and the room was nice. Great location.”

”The location was good for my purpose. We had to be moved until we accepted the third room. The first two were unacceptable because of the smell. The shower curtains were soured terribly. After that experience the whole place left a feeling of lack of cleanliness. We did not get comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Also, the television situation was unacceptable. And the gym seemed to be neglected. On the plus side the associate working the front desk went out of her way to help resolve...

”It is an older motel but the rooms were very clean. The staff was very good. If you have a lot on electronics, the rooms are basic. I didn't so it was fine for me. I would consider this motel again.”

”After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish. We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use.”

”The hotel was a little on the "tired" side, but otherwise OK. However, I had a room across from some loud young people...almost too young to be in a hotel alone. From 12mid night to 3:30 am, they were carrying on, on and off. At 3:30 I called the manager who visited with them and said she'd put them out. ”The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. ”The place is a mess, filthy, litter everywhere, the former breakfast area is in shambles with no amenities and broken chairs. My room floor was wet, smelled musty, the AC unit was off and hardly worked when on. It looked like it had been pushed part way out of the wall. After 10 minutes I decided I couldn't stay there and asked for a refund and looked elsewhere for lodging. I'm sure the photos posted are from many years ago and suspect the decent reviews are fabricated or also very old. ...
