”Staff at front desk was so sweet. Clean hotel, beautiful spacious lobby area. Room was more beautiful than expected. Loved pool and extra hot salt water jacuzzi was my favorite!!! Also the 12pm checkout is an added plus ”

”First floor rooms arent great. But 3rd floor rock! The pool was ok, quite slippery for some reason and back area dropped off to 4ft+ with no warning or known depth.”

”The only thing that was good about the entire day was the guy that helped me into my room and get my reservation checked in after that it was nightmares the door it looked like it had been kicked in with barely any security. The bathroom was full of holes in the walls and ripped out sockets that were no longer in use the heater did not work in the room and it had a very bad smell to it, and whoever lives in the room next to me was burning some sort of incense that just smelled like putrid and...

”i get to the hotel and i made sure i reserved a no smoking room and got a room that smelt like it was hotboxed by cigarettes, guy up front wanna charge me 20$ extra on top of the booking to change my room than i go ahead and get another room and they put a charge of 99$ when i didn’t even pay thru them ! ”

”COLD shower, you can get more towels if you wait another 30 minutes, they tried to put us on the 4th floor amidst renovations (all lights hanging off the walls unattached and plaster dust everywhere), moldy walls, moldy AC units, just plain GROSS!!! Pick another place to stay.”
