”Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience.
Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help.
There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast.”

”Staff were incredible, we strayed here twice and I can’t say enough about the staff. Rooms are small but are very functional and beds are perfect. Love love the design of both properties (only a few blocks from one another). On our first day we visited the spa for a jet lag treatment (amazing). Breakfast was delicious, with so much variety and the resto staff always smiling and welcoming. We truly miss being guests at this wonderful property.”

”We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort...
