” The first impression upon entering reception (it's in the pub) is that you feel like you've walked into the crime series Midsummer Murder and are looking to find Barneby. ”The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was spacious clean and exactly like advertised on the web site. Everything was very clean. Bathroom and shower etc very good and spotless. We dined at the Indian restaurant next door the food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. Ths only sad thing was the little coffee shop is no longer there but I understand why. ”

”A simple and modest country village pub with very friendly owners who took great pains to welcome and look after me. Arriving late, they had kept a good supper for me. The bedroom was large, clean and nicely old fashioned. The old church nearby chimed through the night but did not wake me. As I left before breakfast, the landlords left me a sandwich and apple. In no way smart and modern but with a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. ”

”Everything was excellent. The room was large, really clean and nicely decorated, as was the bathroom. Directions really clear. The breakfast was superb. All the food was fresh, with choice of cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, pancakes, crumpets and hot breakfast cooked to order. Entrance and eating areas also beautifully presented (and decorated for Halloween in our case). Staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend The Keep and would book again any time we return...

”The staff was so lovely. I travelled into Yeovil for an interview and was late to check in due to train delays but they made sure to leave clear and concise instructions on how to access my room. The beds were so comfortable. They were very kind to let me check out 30 mins later because of my interview time. They were excellent and I would recommend them again and I will be sure to visit again❤️ It was a pleasure. Probably my favourite thing about being in Yeovil❤️”
