Un bonito hotel, bien situado, con excelente vista, habitación muy comoda, espaciosa y bien equipada. Excelente restaurant y desayuno muy bueno. Punto no tan bueno. En la ducha no hubo agua fría, así que el agua salía realmente caliente. El primer dia, y ya en el baño termine usando el basurero de plastico y un vaso para terminar de bañarme y el segundo no se pudo. Se llamó a mantenimiento y el técnico llegó en dos ocasiones.

Es hat uns sehr gut im Opera Suite Hotel gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal! Das einzige, was wir bemängeln müssen, war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ( mehrere grosse Flecken auf dem Teppich) . Haben aber anscheinend Pech gehabt mit dem Zimmer, bei unseren Mitreisenden war das Zimmer einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Not particularly quiet, but easy access to sites and public transportation. My negative-ish review is due to front desk staff rudeness. We were two friends (not a couple), traveling together and needed 2 keys as were doing different activities. Was told: Second key not possible The hotel was full and there were no more key cards. Was finally given a metal key from security that did not work. When tried again to get key card, was given one that was only good for 12 hours. The front desk on the last day were wonderful, but the previous day issues were annoying

very well located, very close to the Cascad and Opera House. Many cafes and restaurants around. At the same time it is quiet at the hotel, despite streets with a traffic nearby.

My room did not have a TV in the bedroom although all rooms have. asked to change my room which was on the 1st floor and very noisy and they declined although there is no TV in the bedroom and the shower drain is clogged. In addition , $19 for such a poor breakfast buffet is a rip off

Just WOW!
One of the beetter hotels i have stayed in most of my travels. The location is just brilliant and if you are staying on the 5th floor, the views are amazing. The check-in was super smooth and the staff are very helpful. Special shout out to Ali who took the time to explain where to buy a sim card, transportation and how to get to the sight seeing locations. They even lent us an instanbul card for transportation. Clean rooms, complimentary fruits basket and the breakfast spead is 5 stars. Cant recommend this place enough.

Spent a few nights there and I would say my overall experience was positive. My room did not have the greatest view but other than that everything else was quite good.

Great people - annoying condition
No air-condition; nearly bare gym, with no towels or water, poor breakfast. That said, location is fantastic and the hotel team were nothing short of AMAZING!!!

Great location
The hotel is nice, the location is great, the breakfast is great. The room was so HOT took me 2 days to convince the staff that my room was hot. I could bot sleep because thr room was probably 25 degrees.
