”We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”

”Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.”

”I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to...

”Nice hotel very good staff room was spacious and comfortable breakfast was good bit noisy from Road in the morning but that can’t be helped otherwise a very good stay would recommend .”

”The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.”

”The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value.”

”A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night.”
