”Palvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä ja hotellin päivällinen (buffet) oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Rakennuksen ja kaikkien tilojen kunto oli heikko. Myös kalusteet olivat hyvin vanhat, kuluneet ja epäsiistit. Huoneiden äänieristys oli myös heikko, mutta hotelli oli onneksi hyvin rauhallinen. ”

”Location is good, opposite is the ski resort, which has good snow. Overall room was well maintained, public Onsen was nice too. However we came during early ski season, there is barely any restaurants opens. Hotel cafe food is a bit expensive, and not much choice (mainly western). If plan to stay may order half board instead, or tell hotel staff to reserve dinner before 10am”

”The person at the front desk spoke English very well. This was one of the most unique (in a good way) properties that I stayed at. The room was spotless, and in the traitional Japanese style. It was very large and had a mini SNES with large TV. The window blinds were of the traditional so I woke up early.
There is a game room with some retro games as well as a massage chair.

”This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend”
