”Hotel Staff members are so nice and helpful and friendly :) Thank you so much :)”

”Cheap & affordable. Staffs are awesome & place was neat.”

”There’s NO breakfast included. Expedia should remove that filter. But so many groceries store & Donki near by to buy food. Very convenient to go to the airport too. Totally recommended for some convenience. Also near the beach but have to walk about 30 mins.”

”***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...

”It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well.”

”The Plaza is a well maintained hotel that's inexpensive and accommodationing. For the price, it stands head and shoulders above any of the similar priced locations.”

”WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. We actually turned it off a few times because we were too cold. No problems at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. And stay in Guam for a few weeks. The place...

”Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any...

”I enjoyed the hotel and lagoon like beach. There were beautiful fish just swimming around my legs, but it was not dredged so it was hard to walk in the water due to many large flat rocks. The water was also very shallow during the day, and ok at high tide. The staff were very helpful.”

”Every night our room smelled like bbq smoke. If you have issues with smell, bad air quality or allergies you will not like how the room smelled like bbq smoke. The staff was polite and we had no other issues with our hotel. We didn’t bring up the minor issue with the hotel staff since we are not sensitive to the smells and or air quality. Everything else was good or excellent.”
