"Extremely helpful and polite staff..everyone was so nice..hotel handily placed within a very short walk for the town centre and all the attractions..parking at the rear of the hotel is an added bonus..we will be definitely using this hotel when we return to York..did I say the staff were excellent..good ..."

The staff were lovely and were able to accommodate giving us a lower-level room, which was so helpful (especially when pregnant in a heatwave!). There were lots of options available in the mini bar as well as teas, coffees, etc. ..."

"Your classic inn with worn down rooms and most basic breakfast. Uninterested staff who coukdn’t care less that there were BLOOD STAINS on the rug of our room. Got another room which after confirming two times was not similar than the bloody one we left behind."

"Room was perfectly big for the 3 of us. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in the room and it was extremely hot! Food was great and the pool was lovely and very clean. I do think its a bit cheeky to ask for payment for parking in the hotel but overall great stay"
