Myös julkisella liikenteellä pääsee helposti kulkemaan. Majoitus itsessään oli loistava. Huone oli todella siisti, kotoisa ja kauniisti sisustettu. Kaikki oli selkeästi mietitty loppuun asti, jonka ansiosta yöpyminen sujui täysin ongelmitta. Omistajat Fiona ja Paul ovat hyvin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Paulin kokkaama aamiainen oli erittäin...

”Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.”

”A wonderful, clean,air condtioned room and staff can be contacted 24/7 if any problems. Bed was very comfortable and being left a small bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Parking was no problem at all in front of buillding. Did have any food but all looked lovely. Would definately recommend.”

”What a beautiful room! Great to have a sofa and a big tv with lots of channels to choose from. Slept fairly well, but there was no aircon and the windows opened just a little bit. It’s a bit far from the city centre but totally walkable. Train station about 10 min walk away. It was a lovely stay overall, but very pricey.”

”I recently stayed at Hotel du Vin York and, to be fair, the stay itself was pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, the hotel has a nice atmosphere, and I paid for one of the top-tier rooms expecting a premium experience consistent with previous stays I’ve had not only here, but at other Hotel du Vin properties across the country. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by an issue involving my vehicle during the stay, which has since cost me more than £30 in car washes, over an hour...

”The check-in process was straightforward and welcoming. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable on arrival. Checking out was also smooth and efficient. My bedroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restful experience.”
