”I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. ”

”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”

”Not the friendliest of welcomes. A meeting cancellation meant I arrived early but I wasn't allowed to check in. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were distant and aloof. Signage around the sprawling site was poor so I ended up wandering around to find various amenities. For the positives, the room was clean and the breakfast was good quality ”

”2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

”Lovely surprise of a well priced clean, modern and very comfortable small hotel. Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was relaxed and the food was excellent. The restaurant dinner prices were very high for a non London hotel but the food was good quality. ”

”We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i”
