”We stayed at this lovely hotel. After a stressful couple of days at a family funeral. It was great to step back from it all and chill before our onward journey. We will probably be back that way some time soon so we will be choosing to stay there again. A warm and welcoming family run hotel. My brother will be bringing his clubs next time for a round of golf ”

”I love village hotels. I think they're the best chain to stay in. Always good standards with great facilities. However, although we had a nice stay, and the staff as always were great, this one has seen much better days. It was very worn and looked tired. The carpets throughout need replacing. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in the halls. Our rooms were nice, but just need a bit of tlc. A nice stay, but the hotel needs some love”
