”Room was pretty cold (17 C) but heating unit helped a bit. Room was a little dirty but it was ok. Parking possibility for 10 GBP/night. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Pretty old building - brought nice vintage feel but ventilation lacking. Friendly staff!”

”First of all I have to mention Stephen, he’d only been working at the hotel 2 weeks but it didn’t show. He knew exactly how to fulfil his role as we were shown round. The house and rooms are beautiful and well laid out. Service perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was wonderful as was the spa. We had a very relaxing stay and will be back again when the weather is better to enjoy the garden. Thank you again.”
