”The Hotel has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location in the Dales. We watched lambs playing in the field as we had breakfast. There are great walks on to the Dales or down to the river from the front door. The staff were very friendly, and we had a lovely restful stay.”

”This an impotant historic property with fabulous grounds but has been upgraded to a clinical level. Very clean but no soul.
