Sa seule réponse a été la mise à disposition d'un matelas pneumatique livré le deuxième jour, ce qui ne pouvait pas plus nous satisfaire (8 adultes de plus de 60 ans)....

”Nice clean and modern house, but it was bit barren. Really needs: a coffee table, pillows and throw blankets on the sofa, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, soap dishes in the bathrooms, spices and oils in the kitchen. It just seemed to have the bare minimum of amenities. And the hot water situation was not great, one of the showers would suddenly turned the water cold. And the dining room table had benches instead of chairs which isn’t awesome.”

”No place to unpack clothes. No hangars in closet. Bare minimum on supplies (towels, toilet paper) no broom. Acorn mgmt not customer friendly. Furnace broken at a time of year a heater was needed. Space heaters barely adequate, temp in living area in the 50’s with the one working space heater in that area cranked up to 75. Had to shovel 6 inches of snow off 36 stairs to get stuff into unit. Booked 3 nights, only stayed one.”

”Very old furnishing / fixtures. Worn furniture, uncomfortable beds with very old linen. Kitchen utensils badly need to be replace. Blunt knives, no kettle to boil water for tea, limited / old cook ware. Zero cleaning supplies, no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. In the middle of a pandemic you would at least expect surface spray and hand sanitizers. One roll of kitchen towels to last a party of 6 for 3 days. No AC, lots of fans but doesn’t help much. I would not stay here again, I expected a...

”We really loved this house. The location was perfect- close to many park attractions while being very private and quiet. Though the house has a cozy and rustic feel, it is beautifully equipped. We loved the puzzles and books, and it was easy to find everything. We brought in our own food and were happy with that choice since the house isn’t convenient to restaurants. I would suggest to anyone who plans to cook that, although the kitchen is well appointed, it doesn’t have basic pantry items...
