âVery comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay.â

âHad a good 2 night stay at The Pavilion.
Lovely character manor house kind of property.
All staff (even though quite young) were friendly and efficient.
Good location as could hop on a bus into the city.
Parking (payable) at the hotel or park on street free if any spare spaces.
Rooms were ok/fine, had to move from 1st one as towel rail and also toilet roll holder were both hanging off the walls.
They upgraded us for free to king room. This was a good size although carpet showing slight signs...
