”The property is an older one. It looks like they are actively working on up grading it. The front desk attendant, we believe to be the owner, was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very, very clean. I was actually surprised because the hallway had a mildewy odd kind of smell. The carpet was pieced together. We did not smell it in the room. The air conditioning was good. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we went closer to the marina area to a coffee shop. The location...

”New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and...
