”Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. ”
”The hotel was right next to the train station, so very convenient as a base for travelling in the area as we did. The city is so small that the walk to the bus station (where buses to e.g. the gower peninsula leave), the quadrant shopping centre or the restaurant cluster is no problem. There are a few small convenience stores close to the hotel, which were open til late, and the 24h tesco (not sundays) was also within walking distance. Overall a nice and clean base.”

”Part of the Wyndham chain, this hotel is situated just off a roundabout on some main roads with a good sized car park nice and close to the entrance which was fortunate due to the monsoon weather. I was greeted warmly on check-in . The room was smart and clean although the window was quite an old wooden frame. The hotel had a decently equipped gym which I made full use of.
