”Very friendly and helpful staff, brand new building, and lots of pleasantries includes (food, snacks, drinks (inc beer). Also, the included breakfast is very extensive and good, catered to personal needs. Highly recommend this hotel! Thanks a lot for the good service and pleasant stay. ”

”Good hotel with mediocre service and poor tasting buffet - That sums up the hotel rather nicely. We liked the hotel room and the facilities, nicely built! But staff and their service was stiff, regulated, non-personal and at times just bad. We couldnt get to rent their bikes because they had time regulations (?!) and when we ate the dinner buffet and found plastic piece around the sushi roll the waiter told without blinking an eye "that It is there on purpouse to keep The sushi fresh"...yeah,...

”Everything here is good! Good location, it is nearby 伊達邵 where we can buy food street. Just few minutes walk, we can reach the pier where we can book for boat ride. The room is very big and clean. There is balcony with partial lake view. We can have fresh air. The room is well equipped with electronic control. We just need to press few button to switch on the light and curtain. ”Wonderful place to stay. Perfect location to see the lake, specially from the balcony of the bar. Room is big and clean, food is excellent, staffs are all very polite and caring. Highly recommended!”

”I’ve stayed here twice with my family and in my opinion they have the best breakfast and dinner buffet in the world. While they have a wide variety of cuisine, the quality of each is very high as well. I ate so much during breakfast and dinner! The rooms that we stayed in were also very clean, modern, and had wonderful amenities such as the private bath. ”

”From the moment you step onto the property the staff and ambience takes your breath away. The views are stunning. The service was 11/10. They upgraded our room without us asking as they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The Chinese restaurant was delicious! My only regret with my booking was choosing to stay one night.
