🌵 DESERT WEATHER & OUTDOOR FURNITURE
Our home is located in a beautiful desert environment, where occasional strong winds can carry fine sand and dust. As a result, you may sometimes notice a light layer of dust on the hot tub cover or outdoor furniture, even after our cleaning team has thoroughly cleaned the area.
Desert winds can also be quite strong, so for safety and to prevent damage, we sometimes stack the outdoor chairs and place them against the house to keep them secure and prevent them from blowing away.
We appreciate your understanding of these natural desert conditions and hope you enjoy our beautiful outdoor space!
For your safety, as well as for insurance and property security purposes, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and garage door. The cameras monitor exterior areas only and are used to help protect our guests and property.

No smoking, vaping, firearms, or weapons are permitted inside the home.

🔞 Minimum Age
The minimum age to book and stay at the property is 21.

👥 Guests & Maximum Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum occupancy of the home must not be exceeded. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.

🎉 Gatherings & Parties
We are happy to welcome small gatherings, but the home is not intended for large parties or events. Please note that gatherings or parties involving underage guests are not permitted. Gatherings must remain respectful of the property and our neighbors.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time.

🛁 Hot Tub
Please use the hot tub responsibly. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please cover and secure the hot tub after each use.

🏋️ Fitness Equipment – Treadmill & Exercise Bike
For everyone's safety, children may only use the treadmill and exercise bike under direct adult supervision. As an added safety precaution, the treadmill's safety key is kept hanging high on the wall in the Coat Closet, out of children's reach. Please ensure that an adult is present at all times when children are using the equipment. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!

🔥 Fire Pit & Grill
Never leave the fire pit or grill unattended while in use. Both must be completely turned off after use and covered once they have cooled.

🚪 Doors & Backyard Gates
Please keep all exterior doors and backyard gates closed and secure when not in use. The backyard gates should remain closed whenever children are present, especially when using the hot tub.

🏡 Respect the Property
Please treat our home and its contents with care. Do not remove items from the property, move furniture or outdoor equipment without permission, or tamper with locks, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment.

🛠️ Damage & Maintenance
Please report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

⚠️ Violations
Violations of these rules may result in additional fees and may require the guest to leave the property. Serious or repeated violations may also result in cancellation or termination of the reservation in accordance with applicable platform policies and terms.



You will have private access to the entire home during your stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, garage, and backyard. Enjoy the outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill. The home is yours to enjoy, so make yourself comfortable and feel right at home!
