Comfortable Desert Get-Away

This home is located in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood in the foothills of Yuma AZ. Easy freeway access, and within 5 miles of many amenities including golf courses, bars, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Modern appliances for ease, and traditional furnishings for comfort. Two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the master, are ready for your streaming services. Both couches recline, the dining table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen is fully stocked for your entertaining needs. Both showers have grab bars for your safety. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers are installed in both bathrooms for your convenience. There's also a small laundry room that includes a washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board. The back yard is ready for enjoying the mild winter Yuma offers all visitors, complete with seating area, outdoor dining table and a fire pit. After BBQing and enjoying an al fresco dinner, star gaze from our newly installed turf or sip your coffee while the morning doves coo. The neighborhood is ideal for walks and, during the winter months, offers some popular food trucks within walking distance that many locals and visitors enjoy.

Quiet and comfortable

Very clean, good area, nice yard, comfortable bed, just wish they'd thought of providing Kleenex and kitchen condiments, the provided 3 hotel packs of coffee were last year's and the cooking oil was rancid 2 yrs old. I had to buy Kleenex, coffee filters, sugar, ketchup, olive oil, and coffee. If my stay was short I wouldn't have been happy to have to buy all that for 3 or 4 or 5 days. They do have spices which was nice.

Nice 2 bed 2 bath one level home

Very comfortable, nice space, super back patio for resting or visiting. The house was spacious and very nice place to stay. If we come to Yuma again, I would try to get this same again. Nice kitchen and clean home. Nice backyard with nice landscaping.

Foothills 2025

Winter getaway with friends. Stayed almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Very comfortable home, good location and neighborhood. To say this house was clean would be a supreme understatement!! Even the patio area was spotless. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it would certainly come again.

Yuma Foothills

We stayed at the Dawn Ave property 11 weeks and every day was very enjoyable. The property is very clean and comfortable. The location was very good. The yard at the property is very beautiful and relaxing. We walked around the neighborhood nearly every day. During our stay we made a few day trips around the area also. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody staying in the Yuma Foothills area. I would rate this property an 11 out of 10.

Yuma short stay

We were looking for a home away from home for a couple of days in a particular neighbourhood. This house far surpassed our expectations. Clean, close to our friend's winter home, in a nearby Yuma community, close to grocery stores and other services we needed for our stay, it was a real gem. Most notable was the well equipped kitchen, convenient laundry room, cozy furnishings and a comfy bed with ensuite bathroom more than satisfied our needs. During the morning, watching the sun come up over the mountains, while enjoying our morning coffee and tea seated on the well appointed patio area, while listening to the birds made for a peaceful start to our days, as well. Thank you for allowing us to briefly use your wonderful space.

Everything was ex cellent. Loved the supremely clean house. Neighborhood great for walking. Enjoyed the area there in the foothills. Host was wonderful. Mother Nature not so great. A little too cold for us.

Nice clean house in nice neighborhood in Foothills. We were visiting family in a local RV park so location was perfect. 15 min drive into Yuma, 15 min to Wellton, 5 min to the local grocery.

Perfect for us!

My Wife, Sister and I stayed at this home after driving down with our parents and getting them settled. This home was absolutely perfect, and the pictures on the website don’t reflect the cleanliness or the beautiful backyard/patio. The size of the 2nd bedroom was appreciated, as my Sister had to do some remote work. Would definitely stay again!

Very Relaxing , Stunning Home away from Home !

We had a lovely stay in such a beautiful home , exquisitely decorated , everything was as described and more. There was nothing we needed , very quiet , the back yard was so inviting and relaxing, Coffee was there for our mornings, greatly appreciated the laundry facilities as we had been on the road for a week . The bed was very comfy as well ... we will definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, to enjoy, made our stay in Yuma very enjoyable!!
