add mislead us,
the owner gave me the wrong address so arrival was very hectic and upsetting. I got the address from him as I left ahead of time of rental, and Vrbo does not send address early. the add states 2 queen beds, so we assumed the one bed was a sofa bed, in the living room. but no. one bed only., and no extra bedding for my daughter to sleep on the couch, which was not even twin size. becauwe he gave me the wrong address, and I tried to get ahold of him, going to a store to hook up my lap top, and then driving around, and repeating the hook up not hearing from him. I was very tired at this point after driving there all afternoon, being 90 I had to get a motel. He should reimburse me for that as I had not planned on the extra expense. your add. states 2 queen beds.the house itself was nice, clean and adequate. stingy on some levels. however he has 4 rental units on the property, and the foothills laws state 2 only on each lot.he is in violation and makes difficult parking. as cannot park on street overnight. I need some adjustments to my reservation, as we did not get to stay the full time, and I communicated to him as such. check the communications between him and I and you will see proof of that. makes me wonder how reliable VRBO is. also the stairway into the side room has no hand rail, another illegal item. we do have photos of all. and may proceed action if he does not respond to me.
