”Wery friendly staff”

”We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient, just a short walk to Akihabara station. Hotel is very clean and has nice lobby area with working desks and free coffee etc. Only small thing we didn’t like was the light setup in the room - one of the lights was automatic so if you had to go to bathroom during night, the room light would switch on automatically when you move. Also, if you didn’t have the room light switched on, bathroom light didn’t work.”

”Thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, especially if you value being close to Akihabara. The metro entrance to metro Ginza line is practically across the street from the hotel. The room was small, clean, quiet and practical. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the quality of the dining options. I don't like the recent trend of taking the self check-in terminals in use on the Apa hotels, as the systems always have difficulty finding my reservations, and in the end I need...

”Nice location and very close to Ueno Station just about 2-3 minutes walk. Facilities and amenities at the lobby are great. (coffee and many kinds of tea) The hotel will clean your room just only the 4th night but change the towel things every day. Room is not too narrow and you can put your luggage under the bed to keep your room gets more space. ”

”I keep coming back to this hotel, as this is my... probably 4th stay, and plan to come back in the future aswell. The location is convenient, close to Ueno, and Akihabara, with Metro and Train stations practically around the corner, aswell as Taxi stop, making the trip to the airport just that much more convenient. The rooms are small, but just spacious enough for the price range the hotel is in. The rooms are highly functional and well cleaned & kept. ”
