Nice decorated room, walking distance to the old town, easy parking around. No con’s, except that I was expecting a hotel so I spend a lot of time around to look for the building but Evan was nice waiting for us outside of it.

The hotel is truly exceptional, the room was incredibly well decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was able to accommodate me checking in an hour early which was very appreciated and I had a slight issue with the keypad on my room on a Sunday evening but the team were wonderful - very responsive despite the time of day and had me inside within 5 minutes. Massive thank you to Lidija who was my point of contact

This property is in the perfect location. You come out of the hotel, turn right, walk 10 or so paces, turn right, and the sea is right there, with the most beautiful view. Zadar Old Town and the Sea Organ are so close by. The rooms themselves are amazing, clean, and luxurious! We felt spoilt! We were on our honeymoon as well and the owner left some petals and a "Mrs & Mr" sign on the bed for our arrival which was a lovely touch! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She was honestly brilliant! We cannot recommend this place enough! It was truly special! If any of your party are vegetarian oflr vegan, there is a well priced vegan restaurant right next door and it's delicious! Just come out of the hotel, turn right onto the road and it's the tables and chairs on the decking right there.

Short distance walk from the main square in zadar. Lots of restaurants and cafes easily accessible from riva palace. We arrived prior to check in times however the host allowed us to kindly store our luggage here. Great communication also with the host. The only downside was that we had loud guests next to our room coming in early hours of the morning which caused disturbance however this is not the hosts fault and you run that risk anywhere you stay! Beautiful decor with homely touches would definitely recommend a stay here!

Good location and comfortable. One min to sea and 2min walk to old town. For check out time, the guider told me 11:00 but housekeeper came in 10:00. Its a pity for communication.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Dans la vielle ville un ancien palais reconverti en appartements. Au 4 eme étage quelques chambres modernes, neuves à la jolie décoration rococo. Petite mais parfaite pour une nuit avec wc séparés.

Ambiguïté quant à l’adresse. Cet hébergement occupe une partie du 4e Etage d’un ancien palais, sans doute nommé autrefois palais Riva. Il n’y a pas de réception, ni d’enseigne. Il faut donc prévenir le propriétaire de l’heure de notre arrivée. Et il vient. Rien n’annonce la belle suite de chambres de cet hôtel. Côté mer, un excellent resto en bordure de mer. Quelle surprise! On pourrait ne pas le voir car l’accès aux chambres est côté rue.

Pretty, well designed rooms preserving the historic 1900s building. Good attention to detail, water in the fridge, plug adapter in the drawer. Spacious shower, we liked having the separate water closet being 2 people. Very easy and quick to communicate with Kristina, though we didn't get the chance to meet her, we had zero issues. Fantastic location right by the water and a quick walk to everything in Zadar

Lovely rooms in a unique and historic building right by the beautiful Adriatic! Kristina was helpful above & beyond by phone as we had a late night check-in. She walked us through it all and we had a restful stay in these beautifully appointed rooms. Much appreciated ❣️

No sabemos exactamente qué te molestó de la tecnología, y si son cerraduras codificadas, y supongo que eso es lo que quieres decir... ya no es una innovación tecnológica. Como dije, 2022 es el año

Nice room in a good location but...
...the adress is a little hard to find since there are no signs on the door. And on the inside it is the same thing, no signs. It turned out that the room was on the 4th floor and the elevator did't seem to have been operational for a while.

Don’t judge a hotel by the lobby
Beautiful rooms in a historic hotel built in 1903. The rooms were small but so clean and had the best shower and air conditioning. Conveniently located in old town and 5 minute walk to Sea Organ. Would highly recommend.

A very small room without service
It is not a hotel, but a room in a part of building. We could not find the property as the name of the property is not listed in name plate. No service at all. The room is so small, not even a free ground to open my luggage. Do not recommend this property at all.

I do have to say ..thank you for staying with us. We just dont get the hotel part. Who said we are a hotel? Where did you read that??Usually the name of some property consists of the word HOTEL itself. There is not a single hotel in the world that doesnt consist of that word in their name. We would assume that the word ROOMS in our title would give away the fact that this is not a hotel. The price too , i'd say...which is by the way aprox 3 times less than a hotel. So thats perfectly clear here. And the room is exactley what you chose. Or probably we made the booking for you.

Läget är mycket bra liksom rummen. Frukost ok på cafe precis intill. Minus för att det var svårt att hitta då det helt saknades skyltar på utsidan, som är en stor grå gammal byggnad.

Dear guest, Thank you for coming and staying with us. As for the room., we do have bigger rooms but you made the choice...you could of read how large the room is but you didnt. So cant be our fault. As for the safe we do apologize And for the covers ...we are not a hotel but trying to have standards of a hotel room.
