”The horel room was good for cleanliness but there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. There was no extra linens for the sofa bed, the tv was broken, the coffee pot didn’t work and there no was no blow dryer. We tried to get help from the front desk in regards to the tv and they couldn’t help! We had ro go to there one desk and get the linens. ”We were moved to a different property because of electrical issues. The different hotel was basically a truck stop that felt unsafe. Upon check in, by a self admitted sick person, we learned that the room received sells for $20+ less than we paid for it due to the downgrade from the Baymont. ”
