Vacances en famille

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines trĂšs agrĂ©ables dans cette maison, incroyable de plus de 250 ans et son parc immense.Le logement possĂšde tout le confort nĂ©cessaire pour passer des vacances agrĂ©ables. Tous les matins, le pain frais est a portĂ© de main 
 Juste en face de la route ! La rĂ©gion est magnifique. Avec de nombreuses balades et visites Ă  moins de 30-45 minutes qui ont pu occuper nos deux semaines. Cette rĂ©gion est beaucoup moins touristique que d’autres en Italie et pourtant riche en dĂ©couvertes ! un vrai plaisir ! Merci Ă  Roberto pour son accueil chaleureux.

What a wonderful place to stay


We spent one week holiday with two small children and we all were impressed. The atmosphere was uniquely calm and warm. The fenced garden, which seems more like the park of a castle is fantastic and offers everything you could wish for as an adult and as a child. We could have spent the entire week on the property. The children loved the goats and the donkey and the gigantic space to move. But you should also explore the beautiful area. For example Bergamo and the cable car ride to the upper town or the public swimming pool in Palazzolo.The apartment itself has high ceilings, is clean and very charmingly furnished. All the people we met were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome which is not self-evident with two awake little boys. It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent.Thank you, Roberto, for this wonderful experience.

Great place close to Lago d’Iseo

It was a lovely stay, very responsive host. You’re in one of the apartments of the palazzo, the host lives on site as well, and one half of the palazzo is used as an b&b, private use of the huge garden. Historisches Haus mit modernem Innenleben

Super Appartement

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen und die vielen Tiere: Ziegen, Esel, HĂŒhner und Meerschweinchen. Unsere Hunde haben den riesiger Garten genossen, sie durften im Garten ohne Leine herumtollen. Die Boule Bahn war ein Highlight. Roberto ist ein hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Absolut Empfehlenswert.

Urlaub in der grĂŒnen Oase vor den Toren von Bergamo

Wir hatten fĂŒr 1 Woche gebucht und waren vom Appartement und dem Garten ĂŒberwĂ€ltigt. Das Appartement ist stilvoll eingerichtet, hat alles was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Der Garten ist umwerfend. Een super verblijf! Aanrader!!

Uitstekende gastheer. Fijne tips over de omgeving. Super schoon appartement. Prachtig landgoed, waar de hond in een deel van de tuin los kon lopen. Iedere dag verse eieren uit de tuin. Zandobbio ligt niet ver van Bergamo, en het meer van Iseo. We hebben ons een week uitermate goed vermaakt.

A fabulous place in a fabulous location!

The apartment and town are beautiful, and Roberto was a pleasure to meet and was quite helpful. FYI: Be sure to check out the bakery that you will find on Via Fratelli Calvi, just outside the large wooden doors of the east wall. But they're only open in the morning until noon.

Bon emplacement pour la région des Lacs

Excellent accueil de Roberto, aux petits soins pour ses invitĂ©s. Beau parc arborĂ© et animĂ© par des pensionnaires caquetant et brayant de temps en temps, sympathique et non bruyant. Vaste appartement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Seul bĂ©mol, il se situe au 2Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur, difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultĂ©s Ă  monter une quarantaine de marches. Sinon tout est prĂ©vu pour un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, mĂȘme le cadeau de bienvenue. Merci Roberto.

Wonderful stay

Very nice location and extremely friendly owners.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The property, apartment and house are top maintained and the owners on site very nice. Everything you need is available. For teenagers, the offer is somewhat limited due to the size of the place, but there was fortunately a nice big pool, soccer goals, ping pong table and bocce court. But you can also do a lot in the area (Milan, Bergamo, lakes etc..) Our dog also found it great - running without a leash no problem even if now and then cats were there; the house dog was also very friendly.

A perfect second experience

After our wonderful 2 weeks at Roberto's place last year, we really wanted to go back there. And we were not disappointed! Everything was still like in our memories: a true Italian paradise. This year was really hot so we chose to visit the cities (Milano, Bergamo) early in the morning or at night. We spent the mornings exploring some more natural treasures (Iseo Lake, the mountains, Val Vertova, we highly recommend!!) where it was fresh, and the afternoons enjoying the fantastic pool in the garden. Roberto and his family were again great hosts, very kind and discreet, and always available for some advice. We enjoyed the fresh eggs every morning and the delicious tomatoes from the garden. The apartment is really well equipped, you only need to take your clothes, sun cream and bathing suits! Even in the kitchen you will find a lot of stuff, from sugar, salt and spices to coffee and olive oil... It will make your arrival very easy.

Great holidays in Zandobbio

We had very nice holidays in Casa Valila in Zandobbio. The house is very complete and has a great garden with lots of facilities. A nice starting point for hiking or a swim in Lake Iseo or for city trips.

Beautiful Italian house

It was our first family holiday in Italy and we had a great first Italian experience at Roberto’s house. Roberto is a friendly and very good host. Very easy to communicate with. It was very spacious, clean and everything we needed was there: enough towels, enough plates, cups and glasses, a good working oven and bbq, washing machine and dishwasher. The garden was amazing! It seemed like a park! The pool was even bigger than we thought, the kids loved it. We enjoyed the eggs from the chickens and we loved the tomatoes from the garden. It is very easy to go to different places like the lakes or cities in the area. We had very good pizzas at restaurant Borgo dei Cigni at Lago di Endine (only 15 min drive!)

Tolles Appartement in fantastischem Garten

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung in dem Palazzo aus dem 18. Jahrhundert ist geschmackvoll möbliert und hat seinen ganz besonderen Charme bewahrt. Das Anwesen, in dem sich der Palazzo befindet, ist wie ein Park mit hoher Mauer vom Ort getrennt und wirklich beeindruckend. Überall grĂŒnt es, es gibt reichlich Liegen und kleine Sitzgruppen, auch im Schatten, und der Duft ist ĂŒberwĂ€ltigend. Vor allem den Pool haben wir sehr genossen, wenn wir von unseren AusflĂŒgen zurĂŒckkehrten. An den gut erreichbaren Seen und den umliegenden HĂŒgeln sind sehr schöne Wandertouren möglich, dazu sind Mailand, Bergamo, Brescia, Verona, Mantua etc. in max. anderthalb Stunden erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Ein BĂ€cker ist direkt nebenan, SupermĂ€rkte nicht weit weg und der Markt im Nachbarort zu Fuß erreichbar. Roberto ist jederzeit fĂŒr seine GĂ€ste da, ein sehr guter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank, Roberto, dass wir deine GĂ€ste sein durften. Andreas + Familie
