Pensionaatit – Zarautz

”Very convenient location for wining and dining. The room has everything we needed.”

”Very nice stay in this Pensión Donostiarra. Everything was better than expected. Room was quite small but very nicely decorated and small balcony was plus. Wifi and air conditioning worked as expected. Location was perfect as it is short walking distance to bus and train station as well to old town. Personnel was very friendly, and during check in many nice tips about San Sebastian was told. ”

”Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.”

”Great value for money. Great location. Room was clesn and quiet. We appreciated the free mini bar, coffee and tea. Highly recommended!”

”Cleanliness - there were two showers, one of which had a concerning white growing in spot in the corner Staff - I did not receive instructions regarding check-in in advance of the reservation. I had to proactively reach out the day of and did not receive key retrieval information until a few hours before our reservation. The initial communication stated that this information would be shared 24 hours before our reservation Property condition - the picture frames and lamps in our room where...

”No air conditioning, just a small fan on the ceiling which doesn't work unless the light is on. No double bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable. Toilet and room spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind. The location is perfect to visit the main spots close by the beach”

”Lovely hotel, that deserves 5* for a good reason. Perfect location, adorable staff, super cleanliness and a nice plus: very good beds. To be honest, everything we could have imagined and even more. We will definitely come back! ”
