The service was otherwise very kind and helpful, but at the reception there was an older man who were not helpful at all and when we asked nicely to have our luggage from the storage he replied that he will only give them to us if we say please. There was also a woman who came to the lobby amd wanted to see the rooftop bar and asked for directions but he did not help her and just asked what do you want to see there??

"Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmĂ€Ăig eingerichtet. Das Restaurant hat etwas Kantinenflair, besonders zu den StoĂzeiten ist es sehr laut. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt und, was ich sehr positiv hervorheben muss, war es ..."
