”Parking was safe and easy. The room was very clean. The staff were super friendly. My friend forgot her toothbrush and one of the staff members left to go to the store and purchase one for her. The only problem was the door wouldn’t shut when we were leaving the room, but once the staff told us we had to slam it because of the weather stripping, we were good to go. I would definitely stay here again. ”

”Very good staff... Yet there are some outsiders I'm guessing or it could've been someone staying there that particular evening that are disrespectful of the property... Whomever bought food at the Chick Fila restaurant, but ate in the hotel parking lot, then through the food on the property ground & left it there... I don't know who it was but whoever it was are scum... The staff/maintenance obviously do walk arounds because it gone within the next 24 hrs when I came out.. Other than that, it...

”First impression was that the building looks new and up to date, the woman that helped me up front was amazin I wish I remembered her name but she accommodated me in a pet free room because of my severe allergies:
FYI having hypoallergenic dogs doesn’t mean people with dog allergies don’t get symptoms the smell of dog urine or even the saliva of dogs sends me into hives and triggers my asthma. Don’t ask for pet free rooms if you have pets please.
The room i was in was super clean and the beds...

”I had a fantastic stay at the Tru by Hilton in Smithfield! The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and inviting from the moment I walked in.
The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming throughout my stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly.
The breakfast was a great bonus—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right.
One thing I really appreciated was the air conditioning—it worked perfectly...

I gave 4 on cleanliness just because shower, not dirty, but caulking is a peeve of mine.
But this place is perfect for travelers on 95.
My go to for stay when visiting family!”
