Clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful desk clerk. Fan in bathroom was so loud it was annoying! No tissues in bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing. Price was reasonable and location was convenient

Could not contact the property owner for check-in details. Property was deserted upon arrival. Both the phone number and emails listed were incorrect. Conditions seemed unsafe to enter and owner/manager was not available.

We had a great stay at Joyce's Place. A member of our party left behind his watch and the host reached out to us and offered to mail it back to us. Great host with excellent communication and a wonderful place to stay. Would book again.
