”We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

”Good location for walking around central Almaty. The rooms are big and clean, the spa is a nice bonus. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Almaty.”

”Room was small, walls and door thin so you will hear everything. In general, good value for money, but expect basic type of accommodation. It is located inside the block so taxis and navigator apps may not find it easy. When we stayed it was quiet but you could hear all noises through the building. Good option if you need short and cheap stay. ”
