”Good business hotel, clean and with friendly staff. Good location. Bed ok, pillow a bit uncomfortable (not very soft). Bathroom & shower good. Rooms too hot inside as usual in KZ but window can be opened. Breakfast is large in quantity, but quality could be better (especially breads, cheeses). Still, overall price/quality ratio on a good level. I have kept going back and still intent to do so in the future as well. ”

”It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel. For extra money (5000tg) you can order very good breakfast. ”

”I left early so I didn't try the breakfast. Everything else was excellent and i will be back again.”

”We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”
