”This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. ”The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

”The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. ”We stayed in the studio room. Good enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. With the couch extended as a bed, though, it gets a little crammed with the table. The bathroom had a lot space. Enough to place our sleds in the corner with plenty of space still. It was a good addition to add hooks by the door for all our winter clothes too.
