”Cannot say enough about our stay here. We stayed just after Christmas for a couple nights and I know it’s crazy but the hotel staff made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. So much care was taken to make us feel special and welcome, from check-in to meals in the hotel to daily greetings with staff throughout the hotel. ”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”Average hotel with average service. The room was basic with a nice bed. It was quiet and you can make it dark, so you could get a nice sleep there. Double room was ok for one person, but with two persons it would have been a bit too tight. No water kettle or a fridge, but you could get some boiled water from the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was just very basic, nothing green. The cutlery was also dirty, so felt a little awkward to eat. ”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.”

Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal besonders hilfsbereit: Da wir über Weihnachten keine offenen Restaurants finden konnten und sonst nur Mikrowellengerichte gehabt hätten, hat das Team in unserer Abwesenheit ein geeignetes Restaurant recherchiert und empfohlen. Dieser Service hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.”

”The hotel is within walking distance to the city center. This didn't bother us, but it's worth setting aside time for the 20-minute transition. The breakfast is really good and a strong recommendation for it! The outdoor pool is closed in winter. The small spa inside is atmospheric and does its job well. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were good. The minibar's selection is poor, and since the hotel does not have a restaurant, it is recommended to bring something to snack on”
