Zi Casa overlooking the beaches and bay

Quiet 1 bedroom condo in small complex, located on hill overlooking the beaches and bay of Zihuatanejo. Quick 10 minute walk to town and pier. The perfect place for a couple to sit in the sun, sip a beer, and take in the views.

We have a small refrigerator, gas stove, community washer/dryer, and filtered water dispenser. We also have a tv in the bedroom with a small DVD player if you need a break from the sun. We do not have wifi and we do not have any streaming services or cable TV as we try and use our condo as a place to disconnect. (We currently do not have any cable options set up) Our place is right next to a decent amount of stairs (125 to be exact) which lead down to town. It's a cheap $2USD-$3USD cab ride back if you aren't up to taking the stairs both ways. We are located right down the street from the Wyndham property and have access to the masseuse there for $20USD/hr massage! This complex is very small at 8 total units and our caretaker Amado is extremely helpful. We need to be clear that the unit doesn't have a balcony, and the views are from the pool area.

We want to remind everyone that there is no balcony or water view from the condo itself. The view is from the pool area, which is used by the complex. Since the condo is situated on a hill, there are steps to get to town.
