”During a month's stay I kinda got used to the awful smell of the carpet in my room. I purchased a Smart Room via Hotels.com, but they put us in a Zen Room, which smelled like an old bar. And at first they had the nerve to lie that the room was in fact the Smart Room we purchased. ”Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”
